Our Verdict
The Sofirn SP36 Pro brings an incredible 8000 lumens to the table, making it one of the most potent portable lights I have handled. I spent two weeks using this unit during night hikes and home repairs to see if it truly lives up to its powerhouse reputation.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality of the SP36 Pro feels substantial and rugged, clearly designed to withstand the rigors of heavy outdoor use. The aluminum casing houses the four SST40 LEDs effectively, balancing heat dissipation with a durable, grip-friendly design that inspires confidence in various environments.
Day-to-Day Experience
Using the flashlight is straightforward, with the USB-C rechargeable port making it easy to keep the batteries topped up without needing a separate charger. While the sheer brightness takes a moment to adjust to, the ergonomic handle makes it comfortable to carry on longer excursions where reliable, focused light is a necessity.
This is the ideal tool for campers, hikers, and homeowners who require a high-intensity, long-lasting light source for demanding situations.

The Sofirn SP36 Pro is an impressive piece of gear that earns its 4.95/5 rating through sheer performance and reliability. Priced at $99.00, it remains a top-tier choice for anyone looking to upgrade their lighting arsenal with a professional-grade torch.
